Brazil Visa
Brazil Visa Cost
Approx. ₹10,000 per person
Indicative consular fee. Subject to embassy revision.
Visa Application Form
- Filled online; printout of the confirmation page must be signed by the applicant.
- All documents and signature uploaded online; the Embassy accepts the application once uploads are complete.
Photograph
- Two recent passport-size photos, matt or semi-matt finish.
- 60%–70% face coverage, white background, no border. Size: 35mm × 45mm.
- Not older than 3 months. Scanned or stapled photos are not accepted.
- Must not have been used in any previous visa.
Covering Letter
- Mention name, designation, passport number, dates of travel, purpose and duration.
- Signed by the applicant and addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil, New Delhi.
- On company letterhead if self-employed; on plain paper if employed.
For Business Travel
- Original notarised invitation letter from the inviting company.
- Inviter's passport copy, visa copy, and copy of RNE (Registro Nacional de Estrangeiros).
Financials
- Original bank statement for the last three months, stamped and signed by the bank.
- Personal ITR for the last three years.
- Salary slips for the last three months.
- Minimum balance recommended: ₹2–3 Lakh.
Applicants Under 18 Travelling Alone
- Notarised consent letter signed by both parents or legal guardians.
- Proof of guardianship.
Airline Reservation
- Confirmed flight ticket itinerary.
Hotel Booking
- Confirmed hotel bookings along with a day-to-day itinerary.
Medical — Yellow Fever Certificate
- Original YFC must be carried at the time of travel.
- Issued at least 10 days prior to travel from a WHO-recognised hospital.

Argentina Visa
Argentina Visa Cost
Approx. ₹20,000 per person
Indicative service & documentation cost for Indian nationals. Consular tourist visa fee for Indian nationals is currently waived under bilateral agreement; figure covers translations, notarisation and concierge handling.
US Visa Holders — Exemption
- From 28 August 2025 (Res. 353/2025), Indian citizens holding a valid US B1/B2, B2, J, B1, O, P (P1/P2/P3), E or H-1B visa, or US Green Card, may enter Argentina for tourism without a consular visa.
- Maximum stay: 90 days. A minimum of 90 days' validity on the US visa/Green Card may be required from entry date.
- Exemption applies to tourism only. Any other purpose still requires a consular visa.
If you hold an eligible US visa, no Argentina visa application is needed for this itinerary.
Passport
- Original passport, valid for a minimum of six months from intended date of entry.
- At least two completely free pages for the consular visa stamp and Argentine migration stamps.
- Scans of the full passport and all valid or recently expired visas from previous passports.
Visa Application Form
- All questions answered in full and the form duly signed by the applicant.
- Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted by the Consular Section.
Photograph
- Two recent passport-style colour photographs, 4cm × 4cm.
- White background, front-facing, full face visible.
Cover Letter
- Addressed to the Visa Section, Embassy of Argentina in Delhi.
- Must state purpose of visit, duration of stay, passport details of applicant and any accompanying travellers, and who bears the trip expenses.
- To be translated into Spanish. Entrepreneurs must provide the letter on company letterhead.
Employer / Occupation Letter
- Letter from employer on company letterhead confirming employment and tenure (mention if on leave).
- Signed by the person in charge, notarised and translated into Spanish (translation need not be notarised).
- Business owners: notarised copy of business registration, translated into Spanish, plus last 3 years' ITR.
- Self-employed or students: relevant occupation/study documents, notarised/apostilled and translated to Spanish.
Travel Itinerary & Flights
- Detailed travel itinerary corresponding to the flight bookings.
- Round-trip international flight reservations.
- Internal flight, bus or cruise bookings must also be included.
Hotel Reservations
- Confirmed hotel reservations matching flight tickets and itinerary.
- If staying with a host: original notarised invitation letter certified by an Argentine Public Notary and the Colegio de Escribanos, with a copy of the host's DNI — or a digital invitation issued via the TAD system.
Evidence of Funds
- Applicant's bank statements for the last six months, attested by the bank.
- Account balance certificate and consolidated balance certificate, both bank-attested.
- Copy of an international credit card, if available.
Tax & Income
- Personal tax returns for the last 3 years.
- Salary slips for the last 3 months.
At the Appointment
- Carry the original passport.
- Two recent passport-style colour photographs (4cm × 4cm, white background, front face).
Fulfilling these requirements does not guarantee issuance — the Consul may request additional documents at their discretion.
